NOTICE-3

All the students of final year (Sec-A & Sec-B & Sec-C) & their respective guides of ECE Dept. are hereby informed that an Initial Project Presentation in regard with the Project Stage-II is staring from Tuesday, 27^th January, 2015 at the department level. The presentation should be of 20-25 minute’s duration including 15-20 slides.

The contents of presentation should be as follows:-

1.      Definition of the problem (Idea).

2.     Current Market Solution available.

3.     Your approach (Introduction, Idea, Scope of work).

  4.   Previous work done (if extending the project stage-I)/History.

  5.   Detailed Block Diagram/Circuit/Algorithm.

  6.   Component List/Software Tools.

  7.   Feasibility (Practical, Economical-Cost Estimation).

  8.  Application and Purpose.

  9.   Further Enhancements & developments.

  10. Work distribution among the team members.

  11. References.

All the groups are advised to get checked their presentation by the respective guide.

 Kindly refer to the attached sheet for the scheduled of presentation with name of allotted Guide (for Sec-C only).The Schedule of Sec-A & Sec-B will be mailed to you by the respective coordinator. Also note that all group members should be present on their turn & each member has to speak in the presentation for at least 5 minutes.
