Sorry for this long wait, but these infosians seems to a bit busier than any other being on this planet. But, a kudos to this is girl who played a bit more professionally and gave us time for this fantastic Online Interview. While, other infosians are busy complicating their already complex life, this girl proved that she got the true professionalism in her blood.

She proved that placement is not the end, it’s just a mere beginning of a hard, cruel and dirty professional world. Professionalism doesn’t end up in your resume or your linkedin profile, you need to act professionally, you need to breathe it and feel it.

Success doesn’t need a companion, you need success’s company to complete this journey. Updating your whatsapp’s profile picture and facebook status, doesn’t count your notes.

• Merry Christmas and then heartiest Congratulation to you on this great achievement. Life’s first company and then first interview and nailed it. Rohini how does this feels to be placed or more specifically infosian?

I can’t explain that true awesome feeling when my name was announced by the HR and I got selected for Infosys by God’s grace. Tears rolled down my cheeks from my eyes when I talked to my parents, it feels proud as an infosian.

• ·       Rohini would you like to share your journey to Infosys? And more primarily on your Interview.

I am very glad to share my journey of Infosys in our campus placement drive. Infosys online test started on first day and results were announced and I got selected J on the very next day we all were waiting in ARBUDA conventional center for the interview session .I was really tensed but my friends (MADHU and SUDEEP J) encouraged me and made me confident and after some time I gave my interview …

     HR- Hello! Rohini how are you?

     Me- I am fine sir.

     HR- Have a seat please.

     Me- Thank u sir.

     HR- Introduce yourself?

     Me- I gave my intro ….in middle he stopped me and asked about my projects and questions regarding it and about my programming skills in C nd C++.

     HR- why u want to join Infosys?

     Me- told those gulped answer, (Fake as you can)

     HR- What is hashing? Some questions from my summer training??

     Me- I explained him in a good manner …

    “Be cool and confident in interview. What they will check is your communication skills and confidence.

• ·       Rohini what was your strategy for cracking Infosys?

I solve aptitude from R.S Agarwal and considered indiabix.com, for verbal reasoning and general HR questions I prefer India bix.

• ·       Rohini has something changed in Life after being placed?

Yes, I am feeling stress free and quite excited for working in Infosys   (Mysore yippee JJ)

• ·       What next? Some final touch to any kind of your skills, or totally handing yourself to Infosys?

No, I want to fully prepare myself before getting in the Infosys. I want to develop my programming skills better and for best.

• ·       What are your future plans, basically long Term Goals?

I want to get success in life and most important and worth for me making my parents feel proud.

• ·       What do you think is Essential or Most Important for being placed? (Technical/Aptitude/Communication)?

Communication is the single most important pillar of being a service driven while technical and aptitude are both vital being able to communicate.

• ·       What if one is not technical sound, or he/she is technically impaired then? What are your words?

Only concentrate on aptitude and your communication skills nothing else. Build up your confidence and have faith in yourself, it’s your confidence that’s going to speak up.

• ·       Are you still ON for any other company or this is it (Infosys)?

Yes, obviously if I will get any opportunity to work in an organisation better than Infosys from where I can enhance my knowledge, I will definitely step ahead.

• ·       Rohini who do your consider as your idol? Or who has inspired you the most?

My father is my idol. My parents have inspired me a lot. I make sure I fulfil their each and every need.

• ·       Rohini any moment in life when you felt a sense of failure or depressed?

Yaa, that happened actually before the interview. When I was waiting in ARBUDA for Interview, everyone there was preparing for interview they was indulge into their notebooks I got nervous and  negative thoughts starting developing in my mind  than my friends called me and motivated me and gave me those magical words of encouragement. They meant a lot to me.

• ·       Where do you see after 2 years? (In Infosys or Not?)

Can’t say.

• ·       Finally any kind of a tip or trick for your friends?
